Halachically sound. Legally enforceable.
T4 exists for the business leader who wants both to be true at once. Co-founded in 2022 with the North Miami Beach Kollel and led by Joshua R. Kon, the initiative pairs rabbanim and dayanim in the United States, Israel and abroad with attorneys admitted to represent you in court — so a question is answered once, correctly, in both systems of law.
The questions T4 was built for
- Would your partnership agreement hold up in Bais Din?
- Your business runs on Shabbos. Is it structured right?
- Does your will survive hilchos yerusha — or split the family?
- That loan to a customer — is it ribbis?
- A dispute is coming. Bais Din or court?
What T4 covers
Transactions
Contracts, entities, partnership agreements, real estate — structured to satisfy halacha and to hold up in a Florida courtroom.
Litigation & Disputes
Commercial, partnership and shareholder disputes, collections — and the threshold question of forum: Bais Din, court, or both.
Estates
Wills, hilchos yerusha, inheritance disputes, probate and succession — planned so the halachic result and the legal result agree.
The program, by the numbers
Weekly classes since 2022. More than forty Lunch N’ Learns hosted at the offices of collaborating professionals, halacha symposiums on the legal holidays, and a fully catered networking evening each year — nearly all of it free to attend, open to the public, and free because the people who sponsor and host it carry the cost.
Each week brings a new class on a real-world topic in halacha and business — creating partnership documents that keep a business open on Shabbos and Yom Tov, the difficulty of Jewish estate planning, the laws of arkaos and when a secular court is permitted, what dina demalchuta dina means in practice. Sessions are open to everyone: professionals, students, and community members who want their decisions to reflect Torah values.
T4 is the teaching side. When a question needs counsel rather than a class — a document to draft, a dispute heading to Bais Din, an award that needs enforcing — that is the firm’s Business Halacha practice.

Co-sponsors and collaborators welcome
T4 grows by partnership. Nearly all of it is free to attend, and it is free because other people carry it. Fresko has catered the events. Bernath & Rosenberg, the accountants, and Diesel Funding are among the firms underwriting them. The Lunch N’ Learns run in conference rooms that collaborating professionals volunteer. With thanks to all of them.
There is always more worth doing than there is funding for. A rav or a dayan flown in for a symposium. The room and the catering for an evening. A topic library. The annual summit.
Hosts are as welcome as sponsors. The Lunch N’ Learns run at the offices of collaborating professionals — accountants, attorneys and advisers who open a conference room and bring their own people to the table. So are collaborators of every other kind: rabbanim and dayanim who want to teach, batei din interested in the arbitration-agreement work, business leaders who want to put their name to a session, and institutions looking to bring the curriculum to their own community.
If any of that sounds like you, start with a call.
Start with the shiurim — or bring the question.
